We grew up running in these mountains and know them very well. Our mission is to take you beyond the ordinary and into the heart of Cape Town’s breathtaking landscapes. With its unique blend of rugged mountain trails, pristine coastlines, and iconic landmarks, Cape Town is the perfect place to lace up your shoes and explore than the Cape and its surrounds.

 

Our guided trail runs offer an opportunity to experience the natural beauty and diversity of the region. Imagine weaving through ancient forests, cresting peaks with panoramic views, and gliding along scenic coastal paths, all in a single run. Whether you’re seeking a short, invigorating route or a multi-day adventure that lets you immerse yourself in the raw beauty of the Cape, we’ve got you covered. Cape Town is also home to international trail running events and we can take you along these routes in preparation for race day or simply to say “I’ve run those trails”.

Do I need previous experience?

Some experience is required but for those new to trail running, we ensure a welcoming and supportive experience, adjusting the pace and choosing trails suited to your comfort and fitness level. Seasoned runners, on the other hand, can look forward to challenging routes that push your limits while showcasing the best of Cape Town’s trails.
